At 1st Phorm, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear with a commitment to your total satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it in the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
